Anaphylaxis (3 Hrs)

The UK has some of the highest prevalence rates of allergic conditions in the world. This 3hr course will give you the skills to prevent, recognise, and provide immediate treatment of severe allergic reactions ( including the use of an auto-injector). It is approved by Allergy UK.

Automated External Defibrillation (AED) - (3 Hrs)

This three hour AED course is a crucial aid to have in the workplace as it is proven to save lives. This training course including basic life support will teach you how to use an AED correctly and efficiently and will give you the confidence to act if someone has a cardiac arrest.

Blended Emergency First Aid at Work

This course is for staff who are required to act as an Emergency First Aider at Work.

Blended First Aid at Work

This one day eLearning + 2 days in the classroom
course provides a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first-aiders in most workplaces.
On completion of the course you will receive a nationally recognised FAIB First Aid at Work certificate valid for three years.

Blended Paediatric First Aid

This comprehensive course is for professional child carers including pre-school, nursery and reception year teachers and childminders caring for children under 8.

EFAW + Paediatric Element

This course is ideal for Workplaces, Schools, and Childcare Settings where first aiders may need to assist both adults and children. This combined course is aimed at allowing staff to dual qualify in just one day's training rather than having to take 2 full days away from work as would normally be the case. Combining both courses offers considerable saving in both staff time, having to arrange cover for absent colleagues and is a great deal cheaper than having to pay for two courses.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1 Day)

This one-day course is designed for people who want to receive training in emergency first aid. It is especially suited for nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk working environments, such as small offices. The course covers first aid protocols for adult casualties only.

Festival First Aid

Our festival First Aid Course gives you the essential skills and knowledge you might need, with practical hands-on guidance from our friendly, fun trainers who are all experienced paramedics or nurses.

Fire Marshal / Safety

This four hour course covers the key elements of a fire, safety precautions and the role of a fire marshal / warden. It provides you with the knowledge of the different types of fire extinguisher, when to use them and how to use them correctly.

First Aid at Work

This three day HSE ( Health and Safety Executive ) recognised First Aid at Work training course provides a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces. This course meets the standards required to help comply with Health & Safety ( first aid ) regulations and this in-depth course covers all aspects of first aid at work.

First Aid for Mental Health

Anyone can be affected by a mental health condition either themselves or a family member, friend or colleague. This 1 day course is suitable for everyone but has been designed to help employers to provide a positive mental health culture within the workplace and to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common mental health conditions and the skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected.

First Aid Requalification

This two day First Aid at Work Requalification training course updates the first aid skills of delegates who need to renew their First Aid at Work Certificate. The HSE ( Health & Safety Executive ) strongly recommends that you requalify within a month of your certificate expiring.

Healthcare/CPR Resuscitation

This resuscitation course is essential for all state-registered healthcare professionals, especially those who are expected to resuscitate children and infants as part of their role.

Mental Health Awareness (4 Hrs)

This four hour awareness course is suitable for everyone as it provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a suspected mental condition and the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.

Outdoor First Aid - Level 3

This comprehensive two-day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with emergencies confidently, safely, and effectively, particularly where professional medical help is not immediately available.

This course fulfils the requirements of the First Aid element of the expedition syllabus and it is suitable for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards.

Paediatric (2 Day)

This two day course covers all aspects of first aid in emergency situations whilst looking after an infant / child. This course meets the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Registration Requirements.

Paediatric Emergency (1 Day)

This one day course covers all aspects of first aid in emergency situations whilst looking after an infant / child. The content of this course has been designed to build knowledge and confidence.

Paediatric Lifesaver Course

This practical, interactive course will give parents and child carers the knowledge, skills and confidence to take action in a first aid emergency involving a baby or child.

Safeguarding and Child Protection Awareness for Schools and Early Years

This provides an overview of policy and practice tailored to the role and responsibilities of school and early years staff. It is aimed at all those working with children including teaching and non-teaching staff.

Please note that staff with designated responsibilities for child protection require additional training via their local authority.

Save A Mate - First Aid for Schools

We believe that all children should leave school with basic first-aid skills. Our Save a Mate courses are practical and interactive and aim to provide young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to look after themselves and others as they become increasingly independent.

School / Child First Aid

This one day course covers all aspects of first aid in emergency situations whilst looking after an infant / child. Whilst this course is excellent for schools this course is also aimed at parents, expectant parents, grandparents, babysitters and foster parents.

School/Childcare - Half Day

A half-day first-aid training course for schools can teach basic first-aid skills and refresh existing knowledge. The course can cover topics such as CPR, bleeding control, and treating burns.
Topics covered Basic life support (CPR), Bleeding control, Choking and unconsciousness, Treating burns and scalds, and Principles of emergency aid.

School/Junior First Aider

This practical, interactive and fun course is designed for pupils
aged 11+, covering first aid training
in emergency situations. Our Junior First Aiders Training for Schools is a three hour lesson, designed to equip students with the knowledge and confidence to give basic first aid including CPR and lifesaving actions to take in emergency situations. All our qualified trainers have extensive first aid knowledge, are experienced in working with young people and have a valid DBS check.
