This format focuses on awareness, engagement, and basic knowledge sharing rather than accredited skill acquisition. As it is a seminar and not a formal training course, delegates will not receive a certificate.

Delivery Options

Option 1 – Hands-On Session (Approx. 2 Hours)
Covers key topics in detail with opportunities for hands-on practice. Ideal for smaller groups who want interactive learning and time to build confidence.

 

Option 2 – Shorter Session with up to 3 Topics (Approx. 1 Hour)
Focuses on up to three key topics of your choice. If time allows, the trainer can finish with a short Q&A.

 

Option 3 – Seminar-Style Delivery (Large Numbers Possible)
Perfect for larger groups (up to ~100, depending on space). The trainer delivers an informative seminar with demonstrations on as many topics as possible. Hands-on practice is limited in this option.

 

Option 4 – Split Sessions (Same Day or Different Times)
Ideal if you have a few specific topics to cover or different teams with varied needs. Two shorter sessions (1–2 hours each) can run on the same day or at different times.

  • Can be delivered by one trainer covering all topics, or two trainers splitting the content.

  • Allows each session to focus on the skills most relevant to the particular team or staff level.

  • Maximises practical time and ensures targeted learning without overloading a single session.

  • Responding when someone is unconscious

  • What to say when calling 999

  • Managing bystanders/gawkers

  • Using an AED (defibrillator)
